In Upward Basketball, EVERY CHILD IS A WINNER. This season, you will participate in a league that will redefine the word winner. Today’s sports culture has created a “win at all cost” mentality. However, Upward defines winning as learning and/or teaching lessons in the game of life. The purpose of Upward Basketball is to fulfill God’s vision that he planned long ago by promoting: 

Salvation - To share the love of Jesus Christ with everyone involved in an Upward ministry

Character - To help every child grow as Jesus did – spiritually, physically, mentally, and socially
